The Fast Casual Executive Summit surpassed yet another milestone in its short history with more than 125 restaurant executives attending from all over the country. The 2008 Summit held in Denver, CO was the perfect Mecca for Fast Casual executives to explore and learn. With and abundance of fast casual operations in Denver the group was able to experience a great food tour that taste tested fast casual operations of all types. There were several culinary and networking events that have become a big part of the Summit and its reputation of excellence.
This year was just the third year for this exciting event and it is becoming clear that the Fast Casual executive space is yielding a new kind of restaurant operator. The mantra of the Summit this year was simple, executives shared ideas, exchanged experiences and developed a new attitude toward how the restaurant industry is becoming a village.
The 2009 Fast Casual Executive Summit will be held in Dallas, TX next September.
